Matsu Izakaya & Roku bar is a significant component of an expansive Asian initiative pioneered by Dmitry Akulov and Pavel Borisenko, introducing a groundbreaking concept to Kaliningrad.
Matsu spans across two floors of a contemporary building situated in the heart of Kaliningrad, offering a panoramic vista of Lake Nizhny.
